From new amenities to Marina development to include rental boat slips, Woodlake Country Club has laid out a Master Development Plan over the next 18-24 months. Below is a timeline of the phased approach to amenity development which include the opening of the Maples Course, rentable condos, Driving range, Clubhouse with events and dining, as well as a 10,000 SF Fitness and Indoor pickleball facility in 2024.

The Master planning also includes development outside of Woodlake Country Club to benefit the entire community with leasable commercial spaces, a community center, and market in place of the former Woodlake Sales Office.
 

Phase One

We are excited to announce the launch of Phase 1 of our Master Plan, which includes the soft opening of the Maples Course, the Pro Shop, and Memberships, along with our new Woodlake Country Club Brand and Website. On September 20th, 2023, we are inviting Woodlake Residents only, the opportunity to preview our newly renovated Maples Course for a period of 30 days. Tee times will be limited and fees will be discounted during this sneak peek, soft opening period due to construction and the use of rental carts until our new Club Car fleet arrives in Mid-October. Play will be limited to one time per Resident during this 30 day period, however, Residents will be allowed to invite nonresidents as their special guest during this period. After October 20th, rates will be set at their normal price and play will be opened up on s semi private basis where Woodlake Country Club Members will receive priority booking and tee times.
