CHEF JAMES REGAN
We are proud to welcome our Executive Chef, James Regan, and his family, to Woodlake Country Club. Chef is originally from the Boston area, where he has spent the majority of his 30-year career. Chef James has worked at many prestigious private clubs throughout his career, including Winchester Country Club, Tedesco Country Club, Ipswich Country Club, and Cape Cod National. Known for his mastery of seafood dishes, Chef James has showcased his talents at numerous professional golf events, including the Masters and Ryder Cup. We are excited to see Chef James’ creativity and passion for cooking shine at Woodlake Country Club.
We are excited to welcome members to the official grand opening of our updated Maples Grill on June 11, 2024 where you will have the opportunity to not only sample Chef’s signature dishes, but also explore our charming indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The Woodlake Caesar Salad, savory Sirloin Steak Au Poivre, and fresh Grilled Salmon Steak are just a few of the many selections available on our menu.
